Shopper Planner Manager
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for building shopper, category (total beverage alcohol) and channel/customer understanding and working with Customer Marketing.
This role will also be responsible for introducing the shopper into the Marketing and Sales teams and over time, working with Brand Marketing and Consumer Planning to integrate shopper understanding into the GAME Plans and increase the effectiveness of brand activities at the point of purchase.
Accountabilities:
- Deliver the annual learning plan agreed with Customer Marketing.
- Develop shopper understanding, insights and implications that enable Customer Marketing to deliver shopper-based solutions tailored to meet channel and customer needs.
- With Customer Marketing as the lead, identify the Category Growth Strategies and build insight-driven Activation Platforms that are actionable and relevant to the business.
- Lead/drive the shopper insight generation and opportunity identification process for the on and off-premise.
- Be passionate about the shopper. Seed category, channel/customer and shopper understanding and inspire the wider Demand organization to begin integrating the shopper into their thinking (GAME Plans, activity briefs).
