Culinary Assistant
Job Description:
To maintain food service in C360 Charcuterie according to standards for quality, quantity, and cleanliness set by Hospitality Manager and Culinary Specialist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Prepare food for the charcuterie case on a daily basis
Maintain and execute a very high standard of kitchen cleanliness
Help to prepare for events with a food component.
Help to prepare for catering deliveries
Basic kitchen maintenance and dishwashing
