Sales Representative
Job Description:
An importer and New York distributor, representing a varied portfolio of fine wines and spirits, is seeking a qualified candidate to service and maintain accounts in the Metro, New York area. The focus of this job is with our French portfolio and the ideal candidate must have strong relationships with New York retail and on-premise accounts, specifically the larger French restaurants and key retail accounts.
Job Requirements:
? Four year college degree or equivalent work experience
? Must speak fluent French and have knowledge of French wines
? Must have a minimum of five years experience in beverage sales (can be a combination of distributor/supplier/account experience)
? Relationships with New York retailers and on premise accounts as well as some supplier experience
? Highly motivated self starting individual with superb time management skills
? A positive, high energy individual with the ability to work independently
? Proven success expanding a territory
