Job Description:
Delicato Family Vineyards’ (DFV) is excited to announce that our staff is expanding to include a new director level position located at our winery in Manteca, CA.
DFV is the fastest growing winery in the country with facilities and vineyards in the Monterey, Lodi, and Napa areas. DFV is well known for its steadfast commitment to crafting wines of the highest quality produced. The DFV Wines’ portfolio consists of Gnarly Head, 337, 181, Brazin, Loredona, Irony, Bota Box, Twisted, and Delicato.
Reporting to the Vice President the Director of Business Services is accountable for providing leadership and direction in the development and support of division and company goals. Oversees and directs management personnel and staff involved in federal and state compliance, contract management, sales and marketing promotions, customer service, and inventory control. Ensures that business processes and procedures for each unit meet regulatory requirements, and assists and/or provides direction in the development of actual workflows. Acts as company liaison with regulatory agencies.
