To develop category growth strategies, define key platforms and generate solutions for a specific channel. Generate deep insights.
To develop category growth strategies
- To understand deep consumer/shopper/customer insights
- To develop platforms to support each category growth strategies
- To define strategic concept for each category growth strategy
- To develop the Creative concept that will give life to each category growth strategies
- To design tools for each platfoms (program solutions)
- To lead pilot and M&E
