Northwest Core Collection is a unique national sales company representing an exclusive portfolio of fine wines from the Pacific Northwest. Unlike other national sales companies or importers, Northwest Core acts as a direct extension of each winery building and strengthening individual brands. In its fifth year in business, Northwest Core has a solid reputation throughout the US fine wine distribution channel.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting directly to the CEO, Northwest Core seeks a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong commercial background as well as a broad knowledge of wine and the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in growing sales and strengthening brands while mentoring and coaching the existing experienced sales team. To be successful, this position requires an ongoing analysis of sales and market activities with proactive recommendations and clear strategic plans.
