Corporate Counsel
Job Description:
The Diageo Holdings Netherlands (‘DHN’) Corporate Team is based in Amsterdam and is responsible for managing the tax, legal, company secretarial and finance & planning function for all Netherlands holding companies and for providing support to the Amsterdam trading companies.
Diageo Holdings Netherlands is the configuration of holding companies in the Netherlands for the Group. Through a chain of second tier Dutch holding companies, DHN owns over 400 companies world-wide including Diageo Brands BV (‘DBBV’), one of the global centres of excellence for brand management in Diageo and many JVs
MARKET COMPLEXITY:
The Corporate Counsel is overall responsible for driving and pro-actively leading the in-house legal support in the Netherlands to ensure that Diageo achieves world-class standards in best practice in compliance with new and existing legislation and regulation.
